We haven't been focusing on mini skirts as of late, but this under-$100 skirt recently caught our eye. The super chic skirt has on-trend smocked detailing along with a ruffle hem. A major plus? You can wear it a multitude of ways. Wear casual-cool with a white tee and flat sandals or dress up the outfit with a pair of strappy heeled sandals.
